Shopping with Buddies & Hempies

These terms apply to the Buddies & Hempies preview storefront and its launch collection. Prices are displayed in US dollars. Shipping and applicable tax are shown at checkout. Review the final items, sizes, colors, delivery information and total before submitting payment. You must be authorized to use the payment method you provide.

Products and availability

Our products are made to order. Mockups help show the selected design and color; actual color and placement can vary slightly with screens, materials and production. This does not excuse a defective or incorrect product. Unavailable sizes, colors or previews may be disabled. Stock and prices are checked again when you proceed to checkout.

Checkout and order support

Wix and the selected payment provider handle checkout. Keep your order confirmation for reference. Contact BuddiesandhempiesUSA@gmail.com promptly about an error or requested change. See our Shipping & returns policy for delivery, cancellations and return eligibility. Contact us before sending any item back. We will contact you to resolve an order we cannot fulfill, including any required refund.

Crew Rewards and welcome offer

Sign in before checkout to link purchases to your account. Crew Rewards awards 1 point per $1 under the purchase earning rule. Exchange 250 points for a $10 coupon on one eligible Crew Launch Picks item. The reward applies to the lowest-priced eligible item in the order; shipping and tax remain separate. Points currently do not expire. Points and promotional coupons have no cash value.

The welcome offer is issued once to a customer with a verified account email and no prior order at the time of claiming. It gives 20% off one eligible Crew Launch Picks item, limited to one use. Where an order has multiple eligible items, the discount applies to the lowest-priced eligible item. The offer is available through your account when coupon issuance is available. Keep personal coupon codes private. Contact us if an order or points entry is missing or incorrect.

Website use

Use the store lawfully. Do not attempt to interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent orders, misuse another person's information or gain unauthorized access. Brand artwork and store content are provided for browsing and shopping; their use does not grant a right to reproduce them commercially.

Your rights and changes to these terms
