Where we ship

The current Buddies & Hempies launch collection ships within the United States. Available delivery destinations and charges are shown at checkout. International delivery is not currently offered.

Shipping charges

For the five-piece launch collection, standard shipping is charged per item: $4.95 for the Astronaut / Dro P. Dog tee, $5.09 for the flame beanie or trucker hat, and $8.79 for the flame hoodie or NODW crewneck. Charges are combined when your bag contains multiple items. Applicable tax is calculated separately at checkout. Bags are limited to 20 items.

Production and delivery

Our launch products are made to order through Printify and its production partners. Production and carrier delivery are separate stages. Any delivery estimate shown with your order is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Items may be produced and delivered separately.

If shipment is delayed beyond the promised timeframe, we will contact you with available options, including cancellation and a refund where required. Please check your delivery address carefully and contact us promptly about mistakes or delivery problems.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email BuddiesandhempiesUSA@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos of the item, the issue and packaging where relevant. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund for a confirmed problem.

Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a size or color selected incorrectly by the customer. Please review your selections before ordering. Do not send an item back without contacting us for instructions. These terms do not limit rights that applicable law gives you.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

For an order change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once production begins. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider. For help, email BuddiesandhempiesUSA@gmail.com and include your order number.
