Information used to run the store

Buddies & Hempies uses the information you provide when ordering, contacting us or signing up for updates. This can include your name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery address, order details, and correspondence. Store and checkout providers may also process technical information such as device details, IP address and service logs for operation, security and fraud prevention.

How we use and share information

We use information to process orders, arrange production and delivery, respond to support requests, handle refunds and maintain business records. Wix provides secure sign-in, customer accounts, checkout, order history, loyalty points and coupons, and our signup form; payment providers process payment information; Printify, its production partners and delivery carriers receive information needed to fulfill orders. Railway hosts the preview storefront. These providers process information under their own applicable terms and privacy notices. Our preview storefront does not receive your full payment-card details.

We may also disclose information when needed to meet legal obligations, address fraud or protect legal rights. This notice describes the current store; if its data practices change, we will update the notice.

Email updates

Joining our email list is optional. Our signup form asks for your email address and agreement to receive Buddies & Hempies updates. You can unsubscribe using the link in marketing emails or contact us. Order and service messages are separate from marketing preferences.

Browser storage and third-party pages

The preview stores your bag in your browser's session storage so you can review it after visiting checkout. When you sign in, a secure cookie identifies your account session. Your login credentials stay with Wix, and access tokens are kept on our server rather than in browser storage. Account sessions expire and may end when the service restarts. We use verified account and purchase information to show your orders and rewards and check welcome-offer eligibility. Wix checkout, the signup form and other external services may use cookies or similar technologies for their services. Browser controls can limit storage, but some functions may be affected. Retention and requests

We retain information as needed for orders, support, business records and legal obligations. You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information, subject to applicable law and any records we must retain.
